Stroganoff with Biscuits
1-pound hamburger
1-4 oz can Durkee Onions
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
½ pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup Sour Cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Celery Salt
1-10 oz can Hungry Jack Biscuits
Brown and drain beef, add mushrooms and all but ½ of the Durkee onions. Pour into a 2 –2 ½ quart dish. Bring undiluted soup to a boil and stir in ½ cup sour cream. Separate biscuits and cut each in ½. Pour soup over meat and arrange the biscuits cut side down in a circle around the edge of the casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining onions between the biscuits. Combine the remaining sour cream, egg, celery salt and salt and pour over the biscuits. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown
